Daniel Gallagher is the current Director of Sports Sales for the Atlantic City Sports Commission (ACSC). The Atlantic City Sports Commission was officially formed on January 13, 2015, as a 501 (c)(3) organization with the support of Visit Atlantic City and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) to attract sporting events, conventions, and competitions to Atlantic City.
Since the formation of the Commission, Gallagher has assisted in landing premier sporting events such as the TEAMS Conference & Expo, Ironman 70.3, Red Bull Global Rallycross, USAT National Championships, USA Fencing Regionals, U.S. Futsal, Matchroom Pool’s US Open Pool Championship, and Jimmy Johnson’s Atlantic City “Quest for the Ring” Championship Fishing Week (JJFISHWEEKAC). Also, since joining Visit Atlantic City in 2014 Gallagher has generated more than 525,400 room nights and more than $680 million in economic impact to Atlantic City.
Gallagher continues to play an integral role in the sports market by staying involved in national and global industry trends. His love for the sports industry has yielded national recognition as 40 under 40 by Connect Meetings, features in sports-related publications, and educational accreditation as a Sports Tourism Strategist (STS).
Casey has been with Visit Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Sports Commission since 2016. On her way to earning her CMP, Casey has a passion for event planning and the sports tourism industry. She is your ‘go-to' gal for all of your event needs, while hosting your event in Atlantic City. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rowan University in 2015 with a degree in Public Relations, where she was a member of PRSSA, Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority, and a stand-out athlete for Rowan’s Swimming & Diving Team. Casey now resides in Atlantic City and enjoys running on the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. When she’s not helping clients service their events, you will catch her on the beach during the summer and watching the Philadelphia Eagles during football season.
Christina joined the Visit Atlantic City team in 2018 later moving into her position as Sports Sales Manager for the Atlantic City Sports Commission. As a die-hard Philadelphia sports fan, Christina has always had a passion for sports. She was a dancer for 17 years including dancing professionally with the Atlantic City Diamonds for the Arena Football League. She graduated from Stockton University in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management where she was able to gain experience in the hospitality world in Atlantic City. On her down time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her dog, and getting down to the beach as much as possible. Christina is ready to continue growing Atlantic City as a premiere destination for any and all sporting events!
